Standards

Corporate, editorial, and distribution standards.

Trust is earned over time. The commitments below describe how we operate as a company, how we treat the content we publish, and how we approach the distribution of our applications.

Corporate transparency

Totalizator Sportowy Media operates from Warsaw, Poland, and is subject to the legal and tax framework of the Republic of Poland and the European Union. We publish a consistent set of company particulars across our channels, including a business email address through which interested parties can reach us directly.

Editorial & content standards

Where our platforms surface editorial content, we hold them to the same baseline expectations:

  • Sources are identified clearly, and original reporting is distinguishable from aggregated or third-party material.
  • Updates and corrections are visible to readers, with timestamps where appropriate.
  • Commercial relationships, where they exist, are disclosed so that readers understand the context of what they're reading.
  • Sensational or misleading framing is actively avoided.

User privacy commitments

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate our products and to improve the user experience over time. Where personal data is processed, it is processed lawfully, transparently, and on a defined legal basis, with retention windows defined in advance. Users have the rights described in our Privacy Policy and can exercise them by emailing us.

Data protection practices

Our day-to-day data protection posture is built on a few simple practices:

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest in our managed infrastructure.
  • Access to production systems is granted on a least-privilege basis and audited.
  • Third-party processors are reviewed before integration and limited to those that meet our standards.
  • Privacy reviews are part of the design of new features rather than a separate, late-stage step.

Responsible app distribution

When we publish applications to mobile distribution stores, we follow the documented submission, content, and metadata policies of each store. Our store listings represent the application accurately, our screenshots reflect the current experience, and our update notes describe what has actually changed. We engage with store-side review processes constructively when they raise questions.

Stance against restricted, misleading, or deceptive content

We do not develop, distribute, or operate transactional products tied to the outcomes of sporting events, nor prediction marketplaces of any kind. Our products are media and information products, full stop. We also avoid content patterns that are common sources of harm online — misleading clickbait, fake claims, manufactured controversy — both because they damage reader trust and because we don't want to be the source of any of that.

If you believe any content on one of our platforms falls short of these standards, please contact us at support@totalsportmedia.com. We take such reports seriously and respond in a reasonable timeframe.
